Ordinance 94-07 — This ordinance prohibits parking on designated streets during heavy snowfall. Heavy snowfall is described as having a depth of three (3) inches or more, or when two (2) inches have fallen, and additional accumulation is predicted. During this period, no motor vehicle shall be permitted to park or stand upon any part of Center Street, Walnut Street, or Jackson Street for a twenty-four (24) hour period following the accumulation.
