Farmersville’s Steve Morgan was awarded Water Operator of the Year by Ohio Rural Water Association. The Village of Farmersville is extremely proud to have one of our own win this prestigious award. We’re grateful for Steve’s knowledge and leadership. He does an outstanding job of making sure our water is safe and exceeds EPA requirements.
